We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:

Account Information: When you log in via Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
User-Generated Content: If you upload a profile image, it is processed and stored securely via Cloudinary.
Technical Data: We collect basic device information (OS version, model) via Firebase to help fix bugs and improve performance.

2. How We Use Information

Authenticating your identity and providing access to your account.
Personalizing your user experience.
Maintaining and improving the App's stability.
Data Export: We provide a feature allowing you to export your data into Excel format. This file is generated locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with the following trusted third-party providers:

Google Play Services / Firebase: Authentication and crash reporting.
Cloudinary: Image hosting.

4. Data Deletion & Account Closure

We provide a clear pathway for users to delete their accounts and all associated data, as required by Google Play policy.

How to request deletion:

In-App: You can initiate deletion within the App's settings menu.
Via Email: Send a request to support@versatileitsolution.com.

Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from Firebase and Cloudinary within 7 business days. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

5. Security

We implement HTTPS encryption to protect your data in transit.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page.
